Today is my birthday, and I could not think of better way to commemorate the day than by introducing you all to industrial metal band Esther Black who recently released a video for the song “Goat. Industrial metal will always be my baby, and since I consider myself the GOAT, I thought this was the perfect representation of what I am about.
The music of the song contains shades of industrial bands such as Ministry with rhythmic guitar work and pulsing drums throughout. The vocals is full of staccato growling with power ballad delivery as it gets near the chorus. The video is extreme closeups of the band members goofing around as they perform the song. In all, this has all the elements of what I love about industrial metal, and for those who also love the genre, you will enjoy this offering as well.
