Eva X - Dopemine Blind - Gruesome Gazette

Recently, Distortion Productions artist Eva X released the video for her newest single “Dopamine Blind”.

The song is energetic and peppy with driving bass and the way her vocal work adds to the music. It’s something you can find yourself dancing to. The video shows her performing the song with scenes in what looks to be a fun night at the bar. There’s a light up sign in the video that says “The world is yours” that I thought was pretty funny. If there is a message to be gained from here, its the fact sometimes we find ourselves enjoying ourselves to the point we are only focused on that moment. Addicted to feeling good from the dopamine that we get from it. Sometimes it can be good, sometimes bad, but just being aware that it happens and not get too caught up in the moment. I think thats where the other light up sign comes in that says “Bad decisions make better stories”.
