All Jacked Up And Full Of Worms(Review)[Weirdo Wednesday[

A week or so ago, I got a Screambox subscription to watch ‘Terrifier 2’. Over the weekend, I browsed it again and saw an interesting trailer for a weird movie titled “All Jacked Up and Full of Worms.” It was trippy, gooey, and interesting, so I gave it a go.

We follow the lives of 2 people on an ordinary day: Benny, a mentally unstable man who wants a baby, and Roscoe, a caretaker for a seedy motel who habitually consumes psychedelic Worms with his girlfriend. Their paths happen to cross and they both go deep into ‘The Worm hole’. What ensues is fun at first that quickly descends into madness and bloodshed.

This is a truly bizarre movie. Benny wants a baby to the point that he orders a fleshlight shaped as one to ….care for it. What happens is disturbing and honestly made me nervous. Roscoe watches his girlfriend OD on Worms before going to work and running into Benny. They trip together, over and over again, before running into the Clown King and his drug addict girlfriend who take the boys on a wild ride.

Its..It’s… fascinating… but man is it stupid. Full of nonsense and irritating but interesting characters that ends with us going down the rabbit hole with them to a conclusion that feels like a bastard child of Cronenberg and Lynch.

Its almost hard to watch, and isn’t really horror until the final 15 minutes.

I applaud the filmmaker on taking a big swing and making something I’ve never seen before, but I’ll never watch this again.

I dunno man… I almost recommend you enter the hole yourself to see how it hits you. But it’s not a pleasant experience by any means.
