Jurassic World: Rebirth(Review)

The latest entry in the Jurassic World franchise known as Rebirth did feel like a rebirth in a way. They seemed to remember what audiences liked about the first movie. Dumb fun and people being eaten by dinosaurs.

This time around, an elite task force is given a mission to track down the three legendary Pokémon I mean Dinosaurs to extract their DNA to be used to develop cures for humanity. They return to the site of the original Jurassic Park only to discover it’s still active and full of secret experiments.

The trailer already spoiled the surprise of mutant dinosaurs as a results of thrilling the park goers. Also the dinosaurs who were released in the world are going extinct again as not being to adapt to new environments. Right away it shows Raptors are not the prime threat this time around. But the OG T-Rex is still around for a hair-raising sequence.

Whole new cast with Scarlett Johansson taking lead. I was getting 1999’s The Mummy vibes. A lot of dumb. But it was totally fun.

So of course. there is a double cross. Then we meet something that looks like a xenomorph had sex with a T-Rex. It absolutely rips wrecks everyone’s shit. The ending is very climatic. Definitely leaves door open for even more.

Just something about this..it was definitely the best one since the first Jurassic World. That’s my opinion. If you dont walk away from watching this without at least a smile, you have no soul. You shall be judged very harshly. The movie is still playing in select theaters and is streaming on Fandango at Home.
