Atmospheric and chilling, the soundtrack for The Fog is pretty high up there as one of his best works. I actually enjoy this soundtrack a lot, and it’s one of my favorite works of his.
It starts with spoken word intro before the intense piano chords kick in with the Theme of The Fog. You can get a listen to that below as an example of why this soundtrack is so great. It just illicit that feeling of the creeping terrors within The Fog. This is a definite album I listen to when spooky season kicks off, which will actually be any day now.
For those who love horror soundtracks and John Carpenter’s works, this is an absolute must have.
Till next time, stay scared!!
